I have had the great opportunity to work with Alina on a fantastic project that treasures and promotes emotional intelligence at the highest quality level.
Alina has been a great trainer, consultant, coach and mentor for me as she succeeded to challenge my thinking and practice and also to bring upfront a comprehensive range of examples and relevant situations to exemplify how to reach our objectives. Working with Alina was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Starting with the fact that she is a great professional, I really enjoyed her insights, the workshops. The SDI test results helped me better understand myself, how I appreciate the world around me and the “filters” I use. The best part was that I saw how others have different filters, different perceptions, and how to speak their language. Basically, with the help of this toolset, you better the chances to have a more positive and constructive future outcome in professional and personal communications.

I loved having sessions with Alina, she has a beautiful energy that is easily spread within the group helping us connect and be more comfortable. Being certified as part of a group led by Alina was one of the most pleasant learning experiences. She conveys new and non-familiar information in such a way, that it not only makes everything easy and understandable but also raises the curiosity of “what’s next” and the eagerness to hear more. I appreciated her “tips and tricks” and her obvious experience in leading (virtual) groups and facilitating workshops; you bring energy to every moment, I do not exactly know when the time passed, at some point I have not even realized I am in front of a screen! 😊

I am very grateful to take part in these sessions and to have met Alina. She knows how to challenge you, how to take you outside of your comfort zone, but at the same time how to assure you. She knows how to help/faciliate you becoming a better version of yourself through leveraging knowledge, psychology, and communication skills. I've learned a lot and even now when facing certain situations, I still look back on what I've learned and what would be the best move, like in a game of chess.
